Nexo does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not follow you around other websites. It only stores in your browser what is essential for the service to work and to remember the preferences you choose. That is why we do not show you a cookie banner: this data does not require consent.

1. What we store in your browser

Session (local storage, “sb-…-auth-token”): keeps you signed in. It is deleted when you sign out.
Preferences (local storage, “nexo-language” and “nexo-theme”): the language and the light or dark theme you choose.
Dashboard (local storage, “nexo-business”, “nexo-help-…” and “nexo-steps-…”): the business you had open and the help tips you closed.
Demo (session storage, “nexo-demo-…”): the changes you make in the demo. They are deleted when you close the browser.

2. Third-party cookies

Stripe uses its own cookies on its payment page to process payments securely and prevent fraud, under its cookie policy. Cloudflare, which connects the website to the Nexo servers, may store technical security cookies. When you sign in with Google, Microsoft, Apple or Facebook, their policies apply.

3. How to delete them

You can delete this data from your browser settings. If you delete the session, you will have to sign in again.
